I'm a healthy senior woman on the younger side — no smoking, alcohol, or meds — and have always adored elders. Now that I'm among this cohort (the largest group to grow old together in the planet's history), I would be glad to offer assistance, security and friendship in exchange for a private living space. Ideally an ADU or similar, though open to discussion. No pets of my own, but have been house- and pet sitting for decades and love cats.
