I would love to find a great roommate south point area would be ideal. Only looking for platonic.
I've actually found a place actively looking for a great roommate.
I'm currently living in a weekly however I want to get (rent) an apartment or better yet a condo or house. I would like to find someone - reliable, not too much company if any, who works and or goes to school full-time, easygoing, trustworthy and honest to be clear I'm not looking for a partner or relationship just a good roommate.
I'm an extremely private person, female, clean, mostly introverted, I'm a professional and an academic, I like privacy, domestic life, cooking and to keep a nice house, I'm honest and trustworthy.
I have a small dog and I kind of want him to be the only dog or pet. I don't drink, drugs or gamble. I want to find someone interested in long term (I'm thinking ideally a five year commitment more or less should everything work out) and who is stable and most of all who I could trust.
I have everything for a house in storage it would be amazing to have some help getting everything out of the storage and all organized.
I've lived in town for years and I've been covering everything alone for years. It would be great to find someone to share with some of the responsibilities and help each other out when needed with the little things in life (example rides to work, errands etc.) and not have to go it alone all the time and get a chance to breathe.
I think that I make a good roommate and I hope someone could Appreciate that and the opportunity to have a stable place to live and most of all save some money, stability is the key as is trust also if you travel and want a safe place to keep your things and and a place to come home to that is perfectly fine.
I would like to talk with you see whether it is a match then meet etc. we would split rent, utilities and wifi. I'm thinking in the $1200 each range with everything included and the area of town I'm interested in is south, silverado.
