Hello. My name is Montez and I'm simply seeking a simple position in a kitchen, not saying it's not important (well clean dishes are)
Been back in Portland a little while and wanting to work somewhere where I can try new foods ... Kidding, a place where I can get my feet in the mud again and at least hear/see what people do here while I do my duties and help my team during my shift. I have precious experience in both Korean and sushi places but I'm fine with BOH and all, I guess I can learn more as I understand how things work or if given opportunities
