I am a Document Accessibility specialist and Consultant dedicated to making digital documents accessible, compliant, and inclusive for all users, including people with disabilities. I specialise in remediating PDFs, Microsoft office documents, forms, and other electronic resources to meet international accessibility standards and best practices. I have experience in conducting digital accessibility testing and digital content using both automated tools and manual testing techniques. My work includes evaluating PDFs and Microsoft office documents against WCAG, PDF/UA, and Section 508 Accessibility requirements, identifying accessibility barriers, and verifying compliance through assistive technologies such as NVDA screen reader. I use tools including Adobe Acrobat Pro, PAC Checker, and Common look to assess document structure, tags, reading order, alternate text, forms, tables, and other accessibility features. I also provide remediation recommendations and validate that documents are both compliant and fully usable by people with disabilities.
