Two story ........................... from $180
Add downspout flush at the base ..... $25
Firm price before I start, not after. Bigger or cut-up
rooflines cost more and I'll say so up front.
BOOK NOW FOR OCTOBER
Leaves haven't dropped yet. If yours weren't done last
fall, they're already holding a season of shingle grit
and seed pods — that's worth clearing now. If you'd
rather wait for the leaves to finish, I'm filling
late-October dates and the calendar tightens fast.
WHAT I WON'T DO
I don't walk roofs. I don't install guards or covers —
half of them create the clog they're sold to prevent.
I don't do repairs. If your fascia is soft or a run
needs replacing, I'll tell you and point you to someone
who does it for a living.
