Why consider a shipping container as a storage option:
A shipping container is, for the most part, water- and air-tight, depending on its quality and age. Since this is practically brand new, the container's integrity remains intact and can provide years or even decades of trusted protection. Unlike a storage shed, storage containers are built to travel long distances, including overseas shipping, which means they should protect their contents from water, rodents, and insects. Also, shipping containers often cost a fraction of the price of storage sheds that offer less protection. You could probably find one cheaper or even better, but the quality and cost would be an issue, and the convenience of being local and having a set price is more appealing than any other option. Overall, this is priced to sell. Make me an offer, and let’s see what comes of it.
