The Village of North Pointe Condo Association, a 52 Unit owner owned ocean front complex is seeking a resident manager full time. Responsible for Maintenance Supervision and some hands repairs and maintenance, staff oversight, vendor management, Work order coordination and supervision, Compliance and Safety issues, reporting to a Board of Directors, show exceptional initiative in recognizing opportunities and cost savings, general proficiency in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and pool/spa systems, familiarity with computer systems and software, strong organization abilities, conflict resolution skills for handling resident and visitor complaints, and reliable transportation with a valid drivers license, on-call for any emergency response issues.
