Dependable, capable guy looking for a piece of land, ranch, acreage, estate or rural property where I can park my RV and put my skills to work.
I bring my own fully self-contained RV, professional weed-whacker, chop saw, power tools and a full selection of hand tools.
I’m looking for a place where I can watch over the property, maintain it, repair things, clean it up, improve it or help manage it in exchange for a place to park and live. Open to paid arrangements as well.
I’m comfortable with:
• Weed and vegetation control
• Brush clearing and cleanup
• Fences and gates
• Carpentry and basic repairs
• General handyman work
• Property cleanup and restoration
• Maintaining rural acreage
• Watching over vacant property
• Checking buildings, water, fences and equipment
• Helping bring neglected property back into shape
I bring the tools and my own living quarters. My RV is fully contained and self-sufficient, so I can live independently on the property without needing much from the owner.
I’m not looking for an RV park. I’m looking for a piece of land where having a dependable, capable person on-site would actually be useful.
Ranches, farms, acreage, estates, rural properties, vacant land or places that need some attention are all of interest.
