Working fridge (with issues) (Denville)

Freezer door seal is coming off across the bottom edge.
This is probably the main reason the fridge keeps making error codes.
Probably could be fixed with some kind of flexible gummy adhesive.
Repair tech said the louvered vent between the freezer and the fridge (circled in red) is not responding correctly to the thermostat signals from control board.
That said it keeps cool most of the time and only throws up error codes occasionally. We replaced it because it wasn’t reliable enough and would need too many repairs to be worth keeping.
But, since it still cools and just needs some time and attention I thought someone might want it.
