Needs to have pipe between heater core and water pump replaced or fixed. Leaks antifreeze looks like a pine hole someone could try high temperature JB weld or replace part. The part number for pipe is dorman(626-221) they recommend replacing o ring also part number(w704593-s100)the parts are under $100.00 but does look like Moore than a quick day job. Has latter rack and tow hitch. Leaks a little oil. Latter are included. The van was always a work van so expect work condition. Also has air conditioning.
