Our fast-growing e-commerce business is hiring a warehouse manager. The right person has an 'I'll figure this out,' 'no problem is too small' attitude and is willing to tackle issues end to end. They're excited to learn the ins and outs of e-commerce operations, thrive working independently, and know when to ask for help. You're ready to find new efficiencies and also grow the business alongside a small team.
This warehouse manager will work independently at our facility in the Park Hill neighborhood. Supplemental contractors will help with daily needs during peak seasons, but the warehouse manager will be responsible for all things fulfillment.
Here is a list of responsibilities:
- Fulfilling orders within 2 business days
- Accurately packing orders
- Sourcing the best-priced label per order using our software
- Working closely with our customer support team over Slack to manage order changes and customer needs
- Maintaining an accurate inventory count
- Performing monthly full-cycle counts of all inventory
- Keeping a safe and clean workspace
- Communicating clearly and professionally with your teammates
- Managing inbound orders and organizing the warehouse for easy fulfillment and inventory management
- Ability to communicate needs so that you're never stuck in a problem
Warehouse experience is not necessary, but the ability to be organized and communicative is a must.
