Needs appropriate mounting hardware, rated for the weight of the mirror; this mirror's weight is 25lbs;
It needs to be mounted to a wall properly with the mounting hardware; one option are chrome brackets sold in a kit, two fixed for the top, two for the bottom are spring loaded; those two are mounted securely to the wall, the mirror is placed into them and then tilted back with slight pressure applied, flat on the wall, release pressure, the lower spring loaded hinges will release and move the mirror up into place.
