Hello! I have two lovely private bedrooms, each with a closet, and with a shared bathroom for rent for $850/month beginning December 1, 2026. This is a great opportunity to have both a hobby room or an office, and a bedroom. Rent will include water, sewage, and garbage/recycling removal. Tenants will be responsible for splitting power/electricity/heat and internet.

You would be sharing the bathroom with a male who has rented another room in the home.

The rooms will be unfurnished. They both look like the pictures I have posted here, which are of another bedroom in the home which has already been rented. I am still working on getting new pictures of the rooms posted. They both have maple hardwood floors and are painted white, just like the room in the pictures shown. It's located in Lakewood, near Kipling and Alameda. It takes 15-20 mins to get to Denver, depending on traffic.

It's in a big four-bedroom home; you would be living with two other adult roommates.

The home has a beautiful kitchen and living room as shown, and a shared laundry room. It also has a big back yard and a back porch/sitting area to enjoy the Colorado seasons.

Security deposit equal to one month's rent, and the first month's rent, are both due upon lease signing. Total: $1,700.
