Sublet includes access to full kitchen and kitchen amenities on main floor and outdoor patio, grill. This basement is a phenomenal space and set up for the right person, privacy, etc. There is only 1-adult living in the home and 1-college age child at CU Boulder, who is currently living in Boulder.
