Job Description:
We are a specialized outdoor shading company looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to help assemble and install custom motorized awnings, pergola covers, screen shades, and louvered pergolas. You will report to our shop each morning and dispatch to local job sites with our crew in a company-provided vehicle.
Compensation & Schedule:
Pay: $18–$30/hr, depending on experience
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Generally)
Shop Location: Denver Metro and surrounding areas
Paid Time Off (PTO)- accrued over time
Paid Holidays
What We Provide:
-Company vehicle for travel to/from job sites (dispatched daily from the shop)
-All heavy equipment, ladders, scaffolding, and safety gear
-Special tools and specialty installation hardware
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist lead installers with assembling and mounting custom shading products
-Operate power and hand tools safely on residential and commercial sites
-Work on ladders and scaffolding using proper safety equipment
-Load, unload, and manage materials to ensure clean, safe job sites
Requirements:
-Basic construction, trade, or mechanical assembly experience
-Own Basic Hand Tools & Cordless Power Tools Required: cordless drill, cordless impact driver, screwdrivers, mallets, pliers, wire strippers, tape measure, level, utility knife, adjustable wrenches, etc.
-Comfort working at heights on ladders and scaffolding
-Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently
-Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (to drive company vehicles)
-Reliable transportation to and from our shop each morning
