Seeking Attorney to Draft LLC, Business Continuation Agreement (Denver)

I am a semi-retired consultant, who charges fee for his services. Those fees are ongoing. I have a business partner who does similar work and we are seeking an attorney who will prepare an LLC agreement for us as well as a business continuation agreement, in the event one of us would predecease the other. We have a specific, simple plan in mind. We are not considering anything which will involved complex planning or extensive discussions. We would like to have this work done on a 'project basis' rather than on an hourly fee basis, as we have already put together our objectives for a continuation plan. In the event of the death of either of us, ongoing fees will accrue to the remaining partner who will share such fees with the survivor/spouse/beneficiary of the decedent. The LLC will be a standard agreement. Please let me know if you have an interest in helping us with this project, and provide me with an estimate of the cost of performing this service for us.
