The monthly rent for room#1 is $645, room#2 is $595 and room# 3 is $625, and the flat utility fee is $125 per room per month. All the utilities are included in this flat fee, including gas, electricity, water, sewer, trash, wifi. Additionally, there is a $25 monthly fee for mowing and yard maintenance from May to October.
