I got a room close to everything like bus stops, restaurants, bars, grocery stores etc. The room got recently vacated. Please tell me about yourself etc so we can schedule a view of the room. For the right person, rent reduction is possible to some extent in exchange of helping out with cleaning when I am out of the state or country.
