**DENVER COUNTY – NON-STRUCTURAL REMODELING PERMITS**
Permit assistance for non-structural residential renovations, including:
- Basement finishing and remodeling
- Bathroom renovations
- Kitchen renovations
- Interior layout modifications (non-load-bearing)
- Other non-structural residential improvements
**JEFFERSON COUNTY, LAKEWOOD, LITTLETON & CASTLE ROCK – STRUCTURAL & NON-STRUCTURAL PERMITS**
I can also assist with permitting for larger residential construction projects in these jurisdictions, including:
- Home additions

Structural projects will require appropriate architectural and/or engineering plans.
**FLOOR PLAN DRAWING ASSISTANCE**
For basic non-structural remodeling projects, I can help prepare floor plan drawings suitable for permit submission when professional architectural drawings are not required.
All I typically need to get started is:
- A rough sketch of the existing floor plan and layout
- A rough sketch showing the proposed floor plan and changes
- Basic room dimensions and a description of the proposed work
These are not stamped architectural drawings, but they may be sufficient for many straightforward residential remodeling permits.
**PRICING**
My permitting fee is **10% of the total remodel valuation, plus the actual building permit fees** charged by the applicable municipality.
The 10% fee accounts for permitting services and the liability insurance requirements associated with the project.
**SITE VISITS & INSPECTION PREPARATION**
If you would like me to visit your project, review completed work, or help determine whether the project is ready for an upcoming building inspection, these services are available at an additional hourly rate.
This can include reviewing work before rough framing, insulation, drywall, or final inspections.
**CONTRACT & PAYMENT TERMS**
- All projects require a signed written agreement before any services begin.
- A 50% deposit is required at contract signing.
- Remaining payments will be outlined in the agreement.
- Permit fees charged by the municipality are additional.
