Please note and understand the asking price is firm. I'm admitting I'm taking a massive "hit" in order to clear out the bedroom.
With that said, this is a pretty simple ad that includes:
- A queen size mattress that is less than 3 years old and has been enclosed in a mattress protector the entire time. It has been slept on a total of 6 times as it has been used as an of an out-of-state (family) visitor bedroom.
- Also included is a queen size low-profile box spring.
- Last but not least, I am including the dark brown wood frame with a sleigh-style head board and foot board.
It's basically a plug-and-play if you need a quick, quality bedroom/spare bedroom.
*Please note the following because it may affect your interest:
- Sale price is non-negotiable.
- Please note you WILL need 2 people to help you move. No particular item is overly-heavy; however, I'm on the 3rd floor of an apartment unit and I'm unable to assist you with the move. If not arriving in a truck, please bring attachments/straps that will work to secure your items to your vehicle's rooftop.
Let me know if interested or if you have any questions and thank you for your consideration.
