About the Role
We are looking for a printer to help us grow!
We are looking for a printer operator with a good eye for color who will make needlepoint canvases at our workshop. Each day this involves printing, helping with shipping orders, cutting canvas, and packing canvases into bags once they have been printed.
Core Duties, Responsibilities and Required Skills
-> Meticulous and patient: willing to perform repetitive tasks with EXTREME attention to detail and ability to follow strict measurement specifications.
-> You have a great work ethic and want to make a difference in the growth and direction of the company.
-> Your work area is kept clean and organized. You help to monitor and manage inventory of all the materials needed for production.
-> Canvas Prep: Prepare and inspect blank needlepoint canvas master rolls to ensure quality standards are met prior to production.
->Can learn new tools: comfortable operating or learning to operate our proprietary printers.
-> Precision Cutting: Post-printing, utilize proprietary tools to efficiently separate individual printed units from bulk sheets.
-> Quality Assurance (QA): Inspect every finished canvas for print clarity, alignment, and physical defects before it moves to fulfillment.
-> Inventory and Sorting: Accurately count, organize, and sort verified items to ensure the production and shipping teams can fulfill orders seamlessly.
-> Microsoft Excel at a basic level is a must.
-> Photoshop at a basic level is a must.
-> Print shop experience is a big plus!
