HOUSE AND APARTMENT CLEANING
Basic cleaning includes:
• Floor cleaning
• Dusting
• Bathroom cleaning
• Kitchen surface cleaning
Approximate Prices:
• 1–2 bedrooms: $120–$180
• 3–4 bedrooms: $200–$260
• 5 or more bedrooms: $280–$400 or more
The price depends on the size of the property, number of bathrooms, condition of the home, and services requested.
DEEP CLEANING — STARTING AT $290
Includes basic cleaning, plus:
• Baseboards
• Doors and door frames
• Cabinet fronts
• Accessible window sills
• Detailed kitchen and bathroom cleaning
The starting price applies to small properties. Larger homes, heavy buildup, and additional bathrooms may require a higher estimate.
Inside oven cleaning, inside refrigerator cleaning, and interior window glass cleaning are quoted separately.
WEEKLY, BIWEEKLY, AND MONTHLY CLEANING
Keep your home clean with regularly scheduled visits.
After an initial deep cleaning, when necessary, we can agree on a fixed price per maintenance visit based on the size of your home, your needs, and the service frequency.
Weekly visits may have a lower price per visit than biweekly or monthly visits. We confirm the price and the tasks included before starting.
MOVE-IN OR MOVE-OUT CLEANING
Starting at $250–$350 for small, empty houses or apartments.
Larger properties require a personalized estimate.
We confirm the list of tasks and the final price before starting.
ORGANIZING SERVICES — $100–$120 PER HOUR
We can help with:
• Folding and organizing clean laundry
• Separating clothing by season
• Organizing closets and drawers
• Sorting small household items
• Organizing small and lightweight boxes
• Preparing items for storage
Organizing services are charged by the hour and separately from cleaning services. We confirm the applicable rate, the number of workers needed, and the estimated time before starting.
Moving furniture and handling heavy boxes are not included. Transportation, if requested, is quoted separately.
CLEANING FOR NEWLY BUILT OR REMODELED HOMES
We provide cleaning for:
• Construction dust
• Paint residue
• Small construction-related debris
Approximate price: $350–$1,000, depending on the size and condition of the property.
Removal and disposal of heavy debris outside the property are quoted separately.
COMMERCIAL CLEANING
We service:
• Offices
• Schools
• Banks
• Churches
• Shared spaces
• Common areas
Services may include floors, bathrooms, offices, common areas, and accessible interior windows, according to the estimate and services agreed upon.
• Small spaces: starting at $180
• Larger spaces: approximately $250–$600 or more
• Large facilities: personalized estimate
AIRBNB AND RENTAL PROPERTY CLEANING
We provide cleaning between guests or tenants, including detailed kitchen and bathroom cleaning, as well as changing linens provided by the property owner.
Approximate price: $90–$220, depending on the size, condition, and services requested.
Laundry and washing linens are not included.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
• Inside refrigerator cleaning: starting at $30
• Inside oven cleaning: starting at $30
• Garage or basement cleaning: $70-$120
• Accessible interior window glass: $10-12

Large areas or items with heavy buildup require a personalized estimate.
PRICES AND SERVICE DETAILS
Cleaning services are charged by the job. Organizing services are charged by the hour.
All advertised prices are preliminary estimates. We confirm the price and the tasks included after reviewing photos or visiting the property, before starting the service.
Pet hair, heavy buildup, additional bathrooms, or extra services may increase the price. Any additional work will be discussed and approved before it is performed.
Please pick up excess toys, clothing, and personal belongings before the cleaning. Putting away a few items is included; sorting and organizing large quantities of items will be quoted separately.
We do not do laundry. Household trash will be placed in the exterior containers provided at the property. Taking trash off the property is not included and requires a separate estimate, including disposal fees.
