Hi neighbors! I’m putting myself out there in hopes of picking up some extra work in the community.
I’m a 31-year-old single mom to my one-year-old daughter. I currently work at a psychiatric facility while pursuing my nursing degree. Financially, things are incredibly tight right now, and my goal is pretty simple: keep a roof over my daughter’s and my head, finish nursing school, and build a stable life for the two of us.
Healthcare is already hard work, but I’m definitely not afraid of working hard. I’ve been doing housekeeping and manual labor in some form since I was a teenager. Over the years, I’ve cleaned homes, helped with interior and exterior painting, restoration and demolition work, drywall, landscaping, and a little bit of everything in between.
I’m offering cleaning and household help for $40/hour.
I’m a very particular cleaner and genuinely care about the process and the finished result. I’m happy to tackle a serious deep clean, bathrooms and kitchens, move-in/move-out cleaning, organizing and tidying, or simply come by and spruce things up.
I’m also more than willing to step outside the traditional bounds of cleaning if you need an extra set of hands. Need someone to walk the dogs? Run errands? Help with a household project? Yard work? Painting? Organizing? Just ask. If it’s something I know how to do and can safely help with, I’m happy to work.
I’m not looking for a handout—just an opportunity to work a little harder right now to get my daughter and myself through this chapter of our lives.
