This is a great piece of gear if you want effects without having to stoop over and program a floor processor. You can put it on a barstool and program it standing up. You can do straight into a house PA without having to use a guitar amp at all!

I have the correct FBV floorboard to pair with it for $60 more and that includes the necessary ethernet cable to run it. The flooboard is powered from the POD so you don't need a separate power supply for it. That way you can program the POD standing up and still use a floorboard to change presets and use volume and wah pedals. Both the POD and the flooboard have built-in tuners.

If you play in a weekend band, or a garage band, this is a low priced way to get amazing guitar amp sounds without breaking the bank.
