🏠 House & Apartment Cleaning:
• Basic Cleaning: from $120–$160 (floors, dusting, bathrooms, kitchen surfaces)
• Deep Cleaning: from $220–$280 (baseboards, doors, interior windows, detailed kitchen & bathrooms)
• Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning: from $250–$350 (complete cleaning for empty homes or apartments)
💡 Final price depends on the size and condition of the home:
• 1–2 bedrooms: $120–$180
• 3–4 bedrooms: $200–$260
• 5+ bedrooms: $280–$400+
(Extra bathrooms, pets, or heavy cleaning may increase the total.)
👉 We charge by the job, not by the hour.
🏘️ Cleaning for new or remodeled homes: removal of dust, paint residue, and construction debris. Prices usually range from $350 to $1,000, depending on size and condition.
🏢 Offices, schools, banks, and churches: general cleaning of floors, windows, bathrooms, offices, and common areas. Starting at $180 for small spaces. Larger buildings or schools $250–$600+, depending on size and condition.
🏡 Airbnb / Rental Cleaning: full cleaning service, linen changes, and kitchen & bathroom detailing. $90–$220, depending on size.
🧽 Extra Services: inside refrigerator or oven $25 each; garage or basement cleaning $50–$120; interior windows $8–$12 each; closet or kitchen organization $40–$80 per area.

Any extra work will be discussed and approved before starting. We do not charge by the hour, only by the job, based on the real condition of the place.
⚠️ Additional Information:
We do not wash laundry. We do not pick up large amounts of toys or personal items; only what is visible and reasonable to allow proper cleaning. We do collect trash, but it is placed in the home’s outdoor trash bins. We do not haul trash off the property. Trash removal can be done for an additional fee, since disposal facilities charge for dumping.
