For sale is a 1966 Honda CT90 for $1000. Just the engine cost $500. This was built up from a frame to be a real trail bike, with the plastics left off.
It has a new semi-auto 4-speed engine (Honda-Lifan based from DRATV), 12V CDI ignitions with no battery required. This means no points to set and trouble-free operation. Many NOS or used parts (DRATV, CMSNL, eBay, Amazon, Tbolt USA): cables, brake pads, seat cover, tires/tubes, exhaust, carburetor/intake, shocks, gas tank, wheels, center stand, LED lighting, control switches, chain, etc.
* New wiring, using 18 gauge wire, and a PDF diagram of the wiring. It is pretty simple, but nice to have.
* Lifan-Honda engine built by DRATV, 90cc barrel marked as 49cc.
* Tires are Kenda DOT knobbies.
* Carb is a Nibbi PE19FL (Keihin clone)
* Free flow pit-bike exhaust with USFS spark arrestor.
* 1-gallon spare gas tank.
* Skid plate.
* Low trail gearing using a smaller front sprocket. Easy to change out.
* Unique to CT90, left handlebar rear brake. Allows better braking control when standing and more ground clearance without brake pedal.
