🏡 THIS IS TRUE IN-HOME BOARD & TRAIN
This is not kennel boarding.
The dog lives with you in your home while receiving individualized training and exceptional daily care.
You will provide:
🐾 Positive-reinforcement training
🐾 Daily walks and exercise
🐾 Basic obedience practice
🐾 Loose-leash walking
🐾 Recall work
🐾 Household manners
🐾 Appropriate socialization
🐾 Mental enrichment
🐾 Structure and routine
🐾 Individual attention
🐾 Affection and companionship
🐾 Real-world training throughout the day
We want every dog to feel like they are staying in a safe, loving home while receiving professional-level training.

🐶 ONE DOG AT A TIME TO START
Every new Board & Train Trainer begins with:
ONE CLIENT DOG AT A TIME
We intentionally start this way because we want you to be able to give your first Karma Dog Training™ dog tremendous attention and demonstrate the quality of your work.
After you successfully complete cases and establish an excellent track record with us, you may request approval to accept two Board & Train dogs at the same time.
Taking multiple dogs is something that is earned through excellent performance, reliability, communication, safety, and client satisfaction.
There is absolutely no requirement to ever board more than one dog.
If you prefer working with one dog at a time, that is perfectly acceptable.

🏡 WHAT TYPE OF HOME DO YOU NEED?
A house with a securely enclosed backyard is excellent and strongly preferred.
However, you do not necessarily need to own a house.
We may also consider someone living in a:
🐾 Apartment
🐾 Condo
🐾 Townhome
provided that your home is appropriate for boarding dogs.
An apartment or condo candidate should ideally have:
✅ A large private patio or balcony
✅ Safe and secure doors and barriers
✅ Convenient outdoor access
✅ The ability to provide frequent walks and potty breaks
✅ Permission to have client dogs in the residence
✅ A clean, comfortable, well-maintained home
If you already have pets, that does not automatically disqualify you. We simply need to make sure you have an appropriate management plan and the ability to separate dogs safely when necessary.

💰 EARN $100–$150 PER DAY
Board & Train compensation ranges from:
$100–$150 PER DAY
depending upon the case and your experience.
That means a multi-week Board & Train assignment can become a substantial paid opportunity while allowing you to work with dogs directly from your own home.
For Trainers who consistently do exceptional work, there can also be opportunities for future Board & Train cases and Private Training clients.
