We're a Denver manufacturer specializing in precision waterjet and laser cutting for aerospace, defense, architectural, and industrial customers. We're looking for a dependable, hard-working, full-time permanent General Labor / Shop Support person to help keep our production floor running. No waterjet or laser experience needed — we'll train you on everything. What matters most is a strong work ethic and a real willingness to learn.
What You'll Do:
Assist operators in running our CNC waterjet and laser cutting machines
Deburr and finish cut parts to meet quality standards
Package and prepare finished parts for shipment
Operate a forklift to move material and product around the shop (training and certification provided)
Keep work areas, tools, and equipment clean and organized
Jump in wherever needed on the shop floor — this is a true general-support role
What We're Looking For:
No experience necessary — we will train the right person from the ground up
Willingness to learn, take direction, and follow safety procedures
Reliable attendance and a steady, dependable work ethic
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs regularly and stay active on your feet for a full shift
Comfortable working in a busy industrial shop environment
This is meant to be a long-term role, not a short-term stop.
