It is a very sturdy and reliable excellent treadmill. I paid new $1104.98 at Sports Authority when purchased. The manufacture original price was $2499.99. I still have the receipt. I also have the manual.
It was used sparingly at my home for about two years and stored the remaining time. It is in excellent condition.
The belt speed reaches up to 12 miles per hour. It Inclines up to a 15% angle and declines about 4%.
The most convenient thing about it is that it has a numbered button display from 0 to 12 miles, so just by pressing 1 button you can jump from 3 mph. to 10mph. (Great for sprint work outs). Same with the incline/decline buttons they are set from -3 to 15 percent grade, of which, you can jump from any of these settings during your actual workout. It handles long and intense workouts superbly.
It has two built in fans on the head of the treadmill to keep you cool with a high and low setting. It has an Audio Port and two built in speakers to plug in your phone and listen to music or audio books while exercising. It has a dual grip heart rate monitor.
It folds up when not in use for easier storage and has a weight capacity of 400 pounds.
The display shows a very convenient: Time / Distance / Incline / Verticle Feet / Speed display and a quarter mile track display. It also has wifi capability to stream iFIT workout apps and visual global workout settings like running in the mountains on the display.
I have been very satisfied with this treadmill.
