Responsibilities
Interpret construction plans, schematics, and blueprints to accurately execute framing layouts and structural components.
Erect metal and wood frameworks with precision using hand tools and power tools.
Read and utilize measuring tools such as tape measures and perform dimensional measurements for accurate cuts and placements.
Must have basic hand tools and a reliable vehicle!
Experience
Experience in frame carpentry or related construction.
Knowledge of interpreting technical drawings, schematics and construction plans.
Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, measuring devices such as tape measures, and performing basic math calculations for measurements.
Familiarity with heavy lifting techniques and the operation of heavy equipment on construction sites is helpful but not required.
Ability to read blueprints accurately and implement detailed instructions effectively.
Prior work on construction sites involving remodeling or restoration projects is highly desirable.
