EXPERIENCED WELDER NEEDED - LOTS OF APARTMENT RAILING REPAIR & REPLACEMENT TO DO ON OUR APARTMENT BUILDINGS TO DO
LOCATION: Denver Metro / apartment-building locations as assigned
Established Denver-area property company is seeking an experienced welder to help repair, reinforce, fabricate, and when necessary replace existing metal railing at apartment buildings. We are looking for a competent tradesperson who takes pride in safe, durable, professional-looking work.
• Good working conditions and straightforward communication.
• Company has been in business for approximately 30 years.
• We have never had a layoff.
• We have never missed a payday.
• Work may include inspecting existing railing, cutting out damaged sections, welding repairs, fabricating replacement sections, installing or anchoring components, grinding/finishing welds, and coordinating any needed touch-up preparation.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• At least 3 years of hands-on welding experience relevant to railing, guardrail, handrail, stairs, steel fabrication, and repair work.
• Own the tools and equipment reasonably necessary to perform the work safely and professionally, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
• Reliable transportation to Denver-area apartment properties.
• Dependable, punctual, communicative, and able to coordinate work around occupied apartment buildings.
• Able to inspect existing railing conditions, identify repair-versus-replacement options, and perform neat, structurally sound work.
• Able to maintain a clean and reasonably safe work area and protect residents, vehicles, landscaping, and building finishes from welding sparks, cutting debris, and related hazards.
