Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Delivery Driver / Warehouse & Operations Coordinator to join our team. The primary responsibility of this position is making LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) deliveries to high-end residential and commercial customers throughout Colorado, including both curbside deliveries and formal White Glove delivery, assembly, and staging.
When not making deliveries, the successful candidate will assist with day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory management, stock allocation, receiving, organization, and general warehouse activities. The position will also provide administrative support, including scheduling, bookkeeping assistance, data entry, and other operational duties as needed.
This is a hands-on position requiring someone who is comfortable working independently, interacting professionally with high-end customers, operating a delivery vehicle, and performing physical warehouse work.
Primary Responsibilities
Delivery & Customer Service — Primary Responsibility
- Safely operate company vehicles to make scheduled LTL deliveries.
- Deliver products to high-end residential and commercial customers.
- Perform both curbside and White Glove deliveries according to customer and company requirements.
- Safely load, transport, unload, and handle merchandise.
- Perform in-home or on-site delivery, placement, assembly, and staging of products when required.
- Inspect merchandise and delivery areas for potential issues and report damage or discrepancies.
- Obtain and maintain required delivery documentation and customer signatures.
- Provide professional, courteous, and attentive customer service at every delivery.
- Represent the company professionally while interacting with customers, designers, contractors, and other delivery contacts.
- Maintain delivery vehicles in a clean, safe, and professional condition.
- Follow all applicable DOT, driving, safety, and company policies.
Warehouse & Inventory Responsibilities
- Assist with receiving, unloading, inspecting, and organizing incoming merchandise.
- Pick and stage orders for upcoming deliveries.
- Assist with inventory counts and inventory accuracy.
- Allocate and locate stock for customer orders.
- Maintain an organized and safe warehouse environment.
- Assist with product labeling, packing, wrapping, and preparation for delivery.
- Enter and update inventory and shipment information in company systems.
- Identify inventory discrepancies, shortages, damages, or other issues and communicate them to management.
- Assist with general warehouse duties and projects as needed.
Administrative & Operations Support
- Assist with delivery and installation scheduling.
- Coordinate information between warehouse, delivery personnel, customers, and management.
- Perform basic bookkeeping and administrative tasks.
- Enter, maintain, and organize information using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Use Microsoft Outlook for email and scheduling.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Assist with inventory and operational reporting.
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must reside in Colorado.
- Must be comfortable commuting to 1301 South Jason Street, Denver, CO 80223.
- Valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Demonstrated ability to safely operate a delivery vehicle.
- Must be willing to undergo periodic drug and alcohol screening in accordance with company policy and applicable law.
- Ability to regularly lift and move products weighing 50–100+ pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to safely bend, lift, carry, push, pull, climb, and maneuver merchandise.
- Professional appearance and strong customer-service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately handle inventory and delivery documentation.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Comfortable working in both a warehouse and customer-facing environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.
- Previous inventory management experience required or strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with CartonCloud or similar logistics/inventory management software is preferred.
- Previous experience with LTL, furniture, high-end residential delivery, White Glove delivery, assembly, staging, logistics, or warehouse operations is highly desirable.

Physical Requirements
This position is physically demanding and requires the ability to:
- Lift and carry 50–100+ pounds.

- Perform assembly and staging activities at customer locations.
- Work in warehouse environments and varying weather conditions when performing deliveries.
