CNC Operator – Millwork Shop
Millwork shop is looking for a dependable, motivated individual to join our production team as a CNC Operator. No previous CNC or millwork experience is required. We will train the right person.
This is a hands-on position in a custom architectural millwork and cabinet shop. We are looking for someone who is reliable, willing to learn, works well with others, and takes pride in producing quality work.
Job Responsibilities
• Operate CNC machinery used to manufacture cabinet and millwork components
• Load and unload sheet goods and materials
• Follow job instructions, cut lists, and production schedules
• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
• Label, organize, and stage completed parts for production
• Keep the CNC work area clean and organized
• Perform basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance
• Learn proper tooling, machine operation, and material handling
• Follow all shop and equipment safety procedures
• Assist with other shop and production duties as needed
Qualifications
No previous CNC experience required. No previous millwork experience required.
