We have a ~6 year old two zone Daikin that had a refrigerant leak. We had a tech out previously who said that he could “see the leak” at the outdoor condenser / heat pump and that the line sets weren’t torqued properly at install, but he wouldn’t re-charge it and said he would want to replace the whole line set so he could warranty his work.
We are looking for someone to torque down the existing line set to spec and then re-charge the system.
