House & Property Rules:
Privacy & Boundaries: Located on a quiet family property with young children. We strictly value absolute privacy, zero drama, and a peaceful atmosphere. Direct interaction with the main household is not expected or desired.
House Access: Restricted strictly to the laundry room. Main living quarters are off-limits.
Property Access & Guests: Guest traffic must be kept to a minimum.
Maintenance & Independence: Camper must be kept reasonable clean. No smoking on property. Weed is ok in moderation. Water tank refills and sewer dumping are tenant responsibilities. Rent is set at $550/month if you handle water, sewer, and propane independently. (Initial guidance provided for the first few weeks if needed; if owner management is required, rent is $600/month). Propane is used at Tenant expense.
Pets: Cats allowed (+$50/month). Dogs allowed (+$100/month).
Occupancy: Base rent is for single occupancy. Additional occupant: +$125/month.
