Your horse (s) will NOT have to fight for its hay, grain or shelter anymore! Property is peaceful, quiet, clean, lots of trees for privacy, camera surveillance and only 15 mins. on the West side of Lincoln, mostly highway travel.
Absolutely NO KIDS or OTHER ANIMALS on the property......!! NO smoking, drinking or parties ALLOWED...!! No problem horses; pushy, bullied, disrespectful, won't stand still for Farrier, hard to catch, not worked with or cribbing.
Contract signing is Required, with Coggins Test and Health Certificate before entering the property with your horse. I am not a Boarding Facility with a lot of horses, I am a PRIVATE OWNER. I use to show in the 80'S and 90's, have a TON of experience with horses......
