We are a growing, high-end dental practice seeking an EXPERIENCED, BILINGUAL (ENGLISH/SPANISH) DENTAL TREATMENT COORDINATOR to join our team!
We are looking for a confident, motivated, and results-driven professional with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to help patients move forward with comprehensive dental treatment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Present and close high-value dental treatment plans.
* Coordinate dental implant, All-on-X, and full-mouth rehabilitation cases.
* Explain treatment options, costs, and financing.
* Build trust and strong relationships with patients.
* Follow up on pending and unscheduled treatments.
* Help maximize treatment acceptance and practice growth.
* Work closely with doctors to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Fluent in Spanish and English – REQUIRED.
* Dental treatment coordination experience strongly preferred.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
* Experience presenting high-value dental treatment plans.
* Knowledge of dental financing options.
* Experience with Dentrix preferred.
* Motivated, organized, professional, and goal-oriented.
* Dental implant and full-arch treatment experience is a major plus.
