Delivery companys (Everywhere)

If anyone is expecting a delivery anywhere close to being on time from a 3rd party delivery service called Uni Uni, you can forget about it. Tracking showed delivery for Saturday this past week. Never happened. So next day Sunday I get a text message to my cell phone that a delivery was attempted on Sunday night. I was home all day. Notified the service by chat only { this is only method to reach them } to explain issues and to tell them my security system never showed anyone coming to the house or main drive.
The automated robot is useless and just keeps repeating its text over and over the same message. DELIVERIES ARE NOT GUARANTEED Will attempt again in 24 to 48 hours. Item was purchased from a place in the state of Delaware that was not cheap.
