This image features a framed photograph of The Big Bopper (J.P. Richardson), known for his 1958 hit "Chantilly Lace". Jiles Perry "J. P." Richardson Jr. was a popular American disc jockey, singer, and songwriter. He tragically died at age 28 in the same 1959 plane crash as Buddy Holly and Ritchie Valens, an event famously known as "The Day the Music Died". The photo shows Richardson posing enthusiastically in a colorful portrait from late 1958.

The frame dimensions are: ~22" x 26"
