• Maintenance Apartment Technician will handle routine maintenance repairs and prepare vacant apartments for move-in's by completing turnovers and make-ready tasks efficiently. Address resident maintenance requests promptly, coordinate with onsite team and the community manager to prioritize service needs.
• Experience in apartment, building or hospitality maintenance a plus!
Skills & Experience:
- 6 mo apartment, hospitality or building maintenance.
- Self-starter with professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Good communication skills.
- Meets all physical requirements, with or without accommodation.
- Must own basic tools.
- Have transportation to and from job site.
