KEY FEATURES & CONDITION
* Power Controls: Smooth, fully functional power reclining mechanism, power headrests, and power lumbar support. Everything works perfectly!
* Recently Refreshed: One of the end sectional pieces was completely rebuilt under warranty in 2025 with a brand-new mechanical mechanism and new cushions.
* Household: Coming from a non-smoking, pet-friendly home. Couch will be cleaned prior to pick-up but you may find a wayward dog hair.
* Wear: Genuine leather with a natural, broken-in patina from our dog (light claw scuffs/patina, but NO rips, tears, or holes). Slight signs of cosmetic wear along the edges of the middle section.
* Cushions: Super comfortable. The stuffing in the lower leg rests tends to migrate slightly with regular use; you can easily unzip/access and add extra poly-fill if you prefer a firmer feel. You can also fluff the filling by hand as needed.
DIMENSIONS
* Width: 118 inches wide (overall span)
* Depth (Sitting): 37 inches
* Depth (Fully Reclined): 60 inches
PICKUP DETAILS
* You haul: Please bring a vehicle large enough (truck, trailer, or cargo van) and extra helpers to lift and load.
* First come, first served. Serious inquiries only, please!
