We’re Nick and Jenny, owners of Van Riper Land & Home LLC in Deerfield, NH. We’re looking for construction and renovation work nearby and would be especially interested in an opportunity to build a cabin or work on a camp. We’re willing to travel for the right project.
Our work includes:
• Frame-to-finish carpentry
• Decks, porches, mudrooms, and small additions
• Interior renovations
• Tile floors and backsplashes
• Trim, wainscoting, and finish carpentry
• Tongue-and-groove walls and ceilings
• Custom shelving, closets, and built-ins
• Patios, retaining walls, and drainage improvements
Recent work includes a mudroom addition from foundation through finished interior, tile flooring, pine ceilings, and stone and block retaining walls. We can help work through the design and practical details as well as handle the building.
Whether you’re planning a cabin from the ground up or have a renovation close to home, we’d like to hear about it. We’re also open to working with other builders.
