HYLA USA is looking for a reliable, motivated, and customer-focused person to join our team as a Warehouse Associate / Customer Service Representative.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a combination of hands-on warehouse work and working with customers by phone. Little to no experience is required. We are willing to train the right person.
Pay: Starting at $19.00/hour + bonuses and commission
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Location: In person – Deerfield Beach, FL 33442
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Warehouse:
Receive and organize shipments
Pick and pack customer orders
Lift boxes up to 50 lbs.
Shrink-wrap pallets
Perform inventory counts
Assist with minor product repairs and technical support
Required to lift up and down 60+lbs boxes
Customer Service:
Answer customer calls and questions
Help customers with product and service inquiries
Troubleshoot basic product issues
Update customer information in our computer system
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Provide knowledgeable and friendly service
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Reliable and dependable
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone
Basic computer skills and accurate typing
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred/required
Little to no previous experience required — we will train the right person
