Guardian Impact Windows & Roofing is growing fast, and we're looking for confident, motivated Call Center Sales Representatives to join our team.
This isn't your typical call center job. You'll be speaking directly with homeowners, generating qualified appointments, and earning additional money when your appointments turn into sales.
THE PAY
$17.50 PER HOUR — PAID WEEKLY
$100 COMMISSION FOR EVERY APPOINTMENT THAT RESULTS IN A SALE

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Make outbound calls to homeowners
Speak confidently with potential customers
Generate qualified appointments for our sales team
Follow up with leads
Keep accurate notes and customer information
Help drive the growth of one of South Florida's fastest-growing home improvement companies
WHO WE WANT
Previous call center, telemarketing, appointment-setting, customer service, or sales experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person.
