We are aggressively hiring.
We're an established under-65 health insurance agency in Deerfield Beach. Real book of business, carrier contracts already in place, agents who've been on this floor for years. We're expanding the team, not building one from scratch.

ā 35% on core. 55% on ancillary.
ā $600 weekly draw vs commission, so you're not starting at zero while you build
ā Pay is weekly
ā Weekly earning potential: $2,000 - $3,000+
ā Weekly cash spiff bonuses on top of your regular pay. Cash on the board.
š THE SETUP
ā Inbound leads and a live dialer. You're not buying leads, working a cold list, or calling your own contacts.
ā Onsite position in Deerfield Beach
š Monday through Friday, 9:30am - 7:30pm. No weekends!!!

š„ YOUR FIRST WEEK
Day one you're contracted and sitting at a desk with a headset. You'll shadow a producing agent, learn our carriers and our pitch, and start taking calls that week. You're not spending three weeks in a classroom and you're not prospecting your own list to get started.
ā WE WANT
- Active Florida 2-40 / 2-15 (5 states minimum). Not negotiable.
- Real phone closing experience. Health is ideal, but we'll talk to closers out of Medicare, final expense, life, supplemental, annuities, or other licensed high-ticket phone sales. If you can close on the phone, we'll teach you our products.
- Reliable, professional, self-motivated, and coachable
THIS ISN'T THE RIGHT FIT IF:
- Your whole background is ACA marketplace enrollment and nothing else. We write indemnity, supplemental, dental, and ancillary and that's where the money is.
- You want remote. This is in the office, five days a week.
- You don't want to be coached. We coach daily and in person, and it's most of why our people ramp.
- You need a guaranteed salary. The draw carries you while you build, but your income tracks your production.
