What You’ll Do:
* Serve as the primary contact for customers (phone and email)
* Provide quotes and guide clients toward the best print solutions
* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities when necessary
* Manage orders from estimate through delivery
* Build long-term customer relationships
* Work closely with production to ensure projects run smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven customer service experience
* Confidence and ability to recommend solutions
* Print industry knowledge is a strong plus but easy to teach
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* A proactive, goal-oriented mindset
* Someone who takes ownership and enjoys exceeding expectations
* Computer skills are a must
