The lease is 1499 without utilities. You get a private room with a bathroom. It is a 4 bedroom. If you were interested in what that looks like, you can go identity Davis and it's room A.
You would only have 2 roommates at the moment. They are really nice and cooperative with you. They are also very clean people.
You are really close to campus. It is a very short walk away. It takes about 5 minutes to reach campus.
You will also be right next to Trader Joe's and the tiny shopping center. It is also a very safe and secure building, so you don't have to worry about your safety at all.
You can move in mid August and I would cover the rent for August. Although from September onwards you would have to take over the rent. I would also cover any application fees that they might ask for. Please let me know if you have any questions.
