We are looking to build relationships with dependable, experienced painters who take pride in high-quality prep and finish work.
Typical work includes:
- Interior & exterior residential painting
- Brush, roll, and spray applications
- Prep, sanding, scraping, caulking, and minor repairs
- Walls, ceilings, trim, doors, siding, brick/stucco, railings, etc.
- Pressure/soft washing when required
We are looking for subcontractors who:
- Have professional painting experience
- Produce clean, high-quality work
- Have reliable transportation
- Have their own basic tools/equipment
- Show up when scheduled
- Keep jobsites clean and professional
- Communicate well
- Can provide photos/examples of previous work
Individual painters and full crews are welcome to apply.
PAY: Per-job/subcontract basis depending on project scope, experience, crew size, and quality of work. There is potential for consistent work for the right subcontractors.
