Hiring someone to prevent multiple apartments from mice today. I already have a service contract with a pest company but every now and then 1 or 2 mice still get inside and my goal is to reduce it so ZERO mice can get inside the apartment. I have seen this be accomplished at a different property before because the person I hired did a really good job at sealing all entry points so no mice were capable of getting in but that person is no longer available. I am looking for someone that has experience sealing holes to the point where their situation went from a few mice to ZERO mice.
I am looking to pay $150 for the first apartment and if successful you can do more apartments.
Please let me know if you have experience successfully taking a property from a few mice to ZERO mice by sealing all the entry points and if you do have this experience please leave me your contact information
