My grinder is a self-propelled, walk-beside, so it's lighter and can go almost anywhere, even into backyard gates through 35 inch openings.
The pictures show how the stump grinder wheel chews through the stump. This leaves wood shavings and chunks behind. When the grinder gets to the stump below the surface it also chews into the dirt, which mixes it with the wood leaving a mulch. This mulch is left in the hole and will decompose back into your yard.
